A SPOOKY video which shows the moment a “ghost” appears in the mirror of a dance studio has sparked an online debate about the paranormal.
The video shows a young woman enjoying her dance routine before she takes a break.

As a young woman sits down for a break between dance practice her reflection in the mirror appears to turn its head towards her
The “ghost” then stands up and turns around fully – all the while the woman is unaware what is happening behind her
The “ghost” stands in the same position as the woman walks away – the video has sparked on online debate with some people believing it is real while others have branded it a fake
Later on, the woman sits down, away from the mirror.
Then like a scene from a horror film, what is believed to be her reflection in the mirror, turns its face ans stands up.
The young woman is seen to be completely unaware of what is going on behind her and walks out of the studio.
The video was shared on the Facebook group, Ghost, Paranormal and Other Weird Worlds in April and has since been viewed more than 4 million times.
The group captioned it: “What do you guys think about this video?”
It is not known where in the world the footage is from.
